Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

Veziorox provides an online video downloading service that allows users to download videos and audio from various third-party platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We provide this service for personal, non-commercial use only.

Acceptable Use

You may use Veziorox to:

  • Download videos that you have the legal right to download
  • Download public domain or Creative Commons licensed content
  • Download your own uploaded content from platforms
  • Download content for personal, non-commercial use where permitted
  • Save content for offline viewing within fair use guidelines

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Download copyrighted content without proper authorization from the copyright holder
  • Download content for commercial redistribution, resale, or public display
  • Circumvent DRM, encryption, or other content protection measures
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our Service
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or hack our servers or infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Download or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Basic features are available for free with certain limitations on daily downloads and video quality.

Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features. No payment information is required to start the trial.

Premium Plans: We offer Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription plans. All prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly and Annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment for perpetual access.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Safepay. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Veziorox service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Veziorox and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of any videos you download through our Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to download and use such content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Veziorox is a tool that enables downloading from various third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or control any video content. We are not responsible for the content you choose to download.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws, the terms of service of source platforms, and any applicable copyright or licensing requirements.

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veziorox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veziorox and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
